in a few hours time it'll be my 21th birthday woohoo :) but the sad thing is. i'll be having my french oral exam tmr. today whole day have been preparing for it. tsk!! so ngam one bumped into my birthday..

today i went college to do a bit of my french's introduction. thx to tiff and beat for helping me out. :) and when i was in cafeteria. i hear ppl singing happy birthday and when i was leaving college. i hear ppl singing happy birthday in the class as well. so many ppl having birthday today one? hearing those ppl singing happy birthday makes me feels a bit.. happy? haha..

oh well.. time flies. cant imagine im already a grown up now. no more teenager man.. how sad is tat. my birthday party on last saturday was good. lots to tell but i kinda dont remember everything .. because... hehehe.. i was tip top tipsy. but i was happy okay! tell u guys more once i get the pictures from jiun and the others k. back to study now :)

This week is gonna be freaking tiring man. Gosh. Last night. I went zouk to club wif waihong. Sam. And all. Then after went to yamcha. Then straight go back to home and rush assignment. I've to hand it up before I go college at 7. Then. After class ends at 1. Went straight to the police station to settle my police report. Then went for lunch. Rasta. Then shop grocery for tmr's family dinner coz chef Edwin is cooking for the day! :)

And now. At rasta again. Suddenly so many outing pops out all of a sudden. Later at night. 4 different gang of frens asking me to club. Which one to go to leh? Yet I felt so restless. Simply bcoz I didn't sleep at all last night? Then tmr morning have to go bangsar to get more grocery and prepare for the night's family dinner. Woah. Tired weih! Restless weekend. Suddenly. So many outing happening. Somemore my car juz accident last fee days. Now I don't really have a car to drive around. Damn ma fan lor seriously. It's like. It feels so wrong at some time :( I miss blasting my sound system in my car man. Hope it won't get missing at the work shop. It cost me 11k on it.

we decided to go space for zhaf's farewell. ahh.. another buddy is gone.december was josh, early jan was tengku amir and now zhaf. my kaki all leaving weih!!

we had fun that night. drank kao kao. almost needless mixer to drink. haha!! tats how mad we are ;) and the night after. i went maison wif celine , han , justin and all. when im on the way back. kena stopped by jpj. got a saman for tat. so from today onwards peeps. u wont see me wif me sexy myvi already. its a stock myvi. juz that i put back exhaused in it. or else my car is so gonna be under power since i changed the tire and rims.but basically its not sexy at all already. the tinted gone. light gone. my crystal number plate gone. everything! :( enjoy the pic of the night anyway..

penang trip before college starts

in the middle of no where. suddenly..ms gan called me up and asked me to go for a penang trip wif her and her friends. since im so free. why not ? :) we drove up to penang. all the way from subang. and the worst thing is.. we kena 3 road blocks in 3 days. bribe bribe. money fly away just like tat. :(

but nevertheless.. the trip was fun larh. wif all the food and jokes and also.. alcohol.. teehee.. not to mention those unhappy stuff here.the 4 of us know why rite? ;)

we didnt take much picture this time coz i thought someone would have bring camera. so i didnt bring mine and in the end. no one brings camera -.-

went to maison two nights in a row. friday night was kinda off although i went late at around 2am. simply because tat night was a gay night. i went up to look for the peeps. then i looked down the dance floor and i saw plenty of guys. and some of them even dancing wif topless. i was like OMG~!! first time weih.. gay night. =/

after clubbing i went damai wif celine to chill since its so nearby.. oh yea.. not to forget.. i brought celine a AK-47. not the gun, but the cocktail. its quite nice in term of the taste. quite easy to drink. but the effect comes quite slow. like an hour only the alcohol goes up ur head. if u drink it.

then then. the next day. celine and i went to hangout around kl. kl was quite packed. but yea. it's better then empty larh. imagine.. if one day u go kl and shop. suddenly kl is so empty. its weird rite?

we went to starhill and teeq. to pay celine's fren a visit. then we off to pavilion. shop around and had dinner.

oh yeah.. we even went to perfume shop to look for the correct perfume for celine. daisy daisy i support..!! all the way :D after that we went off to starhill's feast village. the bar there called village bar. for a drink.

friends leaving 1 by 1

haiz.. christmas is over now. and one of my besties, joshua is leaving tomorrow night to state for further studying. i hate the feeling when my friends are leaving 1 by 1. eventhough they are going oversea to further their study. everyone's leaving tat will make my friend circle smaller and smaller day by day.

i dont know. friends are juz so important to me.lots of my classmate from beaconhouse sri inai has went oversea to study. desmond..raja..dakut..izzie..nicole..tani..fiona..daniel..and more to go in the future. in the other side. my other frens tat i know outside of high school are also leaving. and its not 1 or 2 of them. its MANY of them! everytime i see them leave i'll get emo. why ar ? =/

the feeling is worst when u send them off in the airport. its like 10 times worst weih..cant imagine tomorrow if i send another one off. next time i'll have 1 less fella to hang out with. less 1 fella to help me out when i need help. tsk :(

and my mom wants me to go oversea to futher studying after my diploma in taylor's after end of march. considering either in aussie or state. not gonna go european countries because i suck in french. eventhough im leaving it for the past one year. learning a language is juz not easy. maybe i juz have to interest in it larh..

imagine. if lets say i'll have to leave to anywhere in the other side of the world tomorrow night. i really cant imagine what could my feeling be if this one day really come. i love my life here. i love my family. i love my friends. i love my car. everything is just so perfect to stay here. but think of my future career. of course i would be better if i futher my study at oversea. wat to do. malaysia dont have a good culinary school that provide a degree..

some people like it when they go oversea to study and they wants to stay there and work for the rest of their life. while some people couldn't do it. they will have homesick badly. some of them might come back half way doing their course there due to reasons. would i be one of them? i hope not. when i went hongkong for my training. im juz there for 3 months. and i really get homesicked throughout the 3 months. of course. it gets better day by day but still. the feeling goes on and on. end of the day i would say. friends means a lot to me. really. i really do apprieciate the friendship i have to every single one of u out there :) if im really gonna leave mid of next year. im really gonna miss every single one of u.

josh, take care when ure in state kay. find a new hangout place there to replace rasta. and of course the most important one. have fun there in US. all the best i wish u. :) bon voyage!!

im back from langkawi for since a couple of days already. well.. the trip is kinda fun larh but i think the gang is a lil too big for me. i prefer small gang when we're on a vacation. imagine.. 19 ppl have to travel together.. here and there. a bit the troublesome rite?

spent a lot in this trip. not only i got liquior and chocolate back from langkawi but also plenty of sunburnt. and now my skin on my face and shoulder is starting to peel off. ahh.. i look ugly -.-

i feel like drinking tat day coz i was quite annoyed with the problem im facing tat day. so yeah. i went for movie tat day. watched new moon. well. its quite boring and not bad larh. all the gals are juz crazy over the guys there. rite ? :P

so.. after movie. we went to pick khy and vincent up. and we actually had 3 drinking session tat night. first. we went to TTDI plaza. drink drink drink. everyone was starving and a lil high. we played dice game which i learn from hongkong.

so after the first round. we didnt had enough as the bar is closing. so we went to another pub in ttdi. had another session there. until around 4am. we went safa for sissha and meal. then after tat. they all plan to stay over at my place. so yeah. here comes the 3rd session.

this time we drank chivas wif ribenna. woah. we slept at 7am+ tat day. awesome rite? :D first time man.... 7am!
LOSER!! aiyoyoyo :P only she will know why :P

It was celine's birthday and also another gal's birthday la. But I don't know her one. It's celine's classmate. So they decided to celebrate together at curve. Before tat. I went to pyramid to sing k wif Vincent celes patrol Ryan and Melissa. This Vincent can sing damn well lo. Didn't know until I heard him sing. Singing session was wonderful. Then we had late lunch at ajisen ramen. Saw Gan and Celine paktoh there in pyramid too. So ngam bumped into them.

After tat. We all go get ready for dinner at curve and then, we're off to curve together. And company was huge. 29 of us. Imagine tat weih. Most if them are dh's ppl. Only a few of us are from dc. Had dinner in Tony romas. Food there is not too bad la I recommand. I seldom go franchise restaurant to eat proper western food one but I have to say it's not tat bad. After tat we wanted to gi to the library. But it was so full and we have to go to laundry.

So we open a couple of bottle of black label. And after tat not enough we ordered beers too :) seeing all the love birds there reminds me of my problem a Lot. I still can't make up my mind. It's very difficult for me to decide. Perhaps I still needs some time. I wonder wats edwinn thinking in her mind. And wats me to edwinn. Only edwinn will know. Seeing all the alcohol yesterday reminds me of last time when we go for drinking before u leave. And I really miss those moment we went thought tat few days.

And when we're leaving. I only realised tat I lost my parking coin. So I called my best friend come to save me. After tat went damai wif him. Till very late. I even dreamt of edwinn kissing me last nite. It was so sweet.

This is the first time I blog wif my phone. In rasta. Lol. Didn't know tat it actually works. Cheers for iPhone. :)

Decided to go for taylor's DH group 4 , 5 , 6's food promotion. so yea. i actually brought the last 2 tickets for the event. i guess its all planned nicely by god. so ngam i get the last 2 tickets after persuaded by zhilei and yenwei and more.so yea..i'll post a few pics of the event. but before tat..

last Thursday. when i was leaving college. not really blasting the stereo system of my car but juz.. above average larh. suddenly..
i smell and i can see smoke. at first i thought its the haza outside. then i wind down the window. i found out tat the weather was good and not haze. so why the hell is see smoke one? then only i realised the smoke is actually IN THE CAR! gosh..

i was quite panic tat time. so of coz. i look at my clothes or sofa. whether is it burning or anot. then i checked the water temp. its all normal. nothing's wrong. then i thought its the air con larh. so i switched off the air con. but then the amount of smoke actually increased u know. holy mother god.. then i look at my pant. i was like.. why the hell there is smoke coming out from my ass? then only the information goes into my mind. which is.. there is actually a amplifier under my ass. so i quickly off the stereo system. then after a while. the smoke is gone. then i quickly go to the shop where i did my sound system. and i found out actually..the amplifier chip burn due to the sub woofer is too powerful for this amp to support. as u can see from the pic above. part of the chip is burned.scary rite. i thought i was about to died lol for a moment. hahaha :D they replaced me a brand new one. so now i lower down the bass of the system edi.

alright! trainings are over already. and im sure all my heng dai from taylor's are celebrating it already. ( i dont have to ask coz i know they sure will =P ) normally im the one who will ask the peeps out but i wonder who will it be this time :D anyway. cheers to all DC/DH30 students for going through this 10/12 hard weeks of training.

as for my part. i cant deny but have to admit tat my training is juz awesone. if my situation happens on the other trainees. im sure they will enjoys it too. i juz have too much benifits. *thx daddy* :D

in this 3 months i really get to know a lot of new frens.they treat me real good. not like juz those normal frens. last saturday was my last day. and friday night after work at 11pm+.few of my japanese kitchen collegues wanna go for a early farewell wif me. so we went tsim sha tsui a "zhao lao" to makan supper. 阿升，嬷嬷茶，阿基，阿文

as usual. we didnt ate much but drink like hell lots of beers coz one big bottle of carlsberg is only $6 HK dollar omfg?!?! so imagine la. we drank like crazy. and their target is me. so the poor me tat night got very high. after drinking they bring me to experience the HK night life.旺角黑夜! hehe.. reached home at 5am and the next morning woke up at 10 to get my ass to work for the last day.

A wonderful experience training has came to an end :) hurray!! :D

had a early farewell last nite. went to makan and my japanese kitchen collegue brought me to experience HK's night life. awesome i can only say. :)

then today. another small farewell in the evening for a simple teatime.

2mr gonna have another one. wif other frens. steamboat most probably.

monday night wif my gals friend who i always used to go pub wif. also to celebrate ah yan's birthday on the 25th this month. they bring forward so tat we can celebrate together ;) monday night gonna go drink in tsim sha tsui.

then tuesday gonna go hotel and get my paid and settle everything. have fun tat night then the next day gonna wake up @ 5am+ to catch the flight at 9. ;)

grandpa's birthday tonite

going to tsung kwan ou to have dinner with grandpa tonight bcoz its his birthday today. 88 or 89 years old he is. very old isnt it ? ;) and he's still having good health. ;)

well. another week's down. hurray~ haha :D so lets see.. hmm..got less then 20 days of work coming. next week's gonna be my last week to stay in les celebrites. many event next week will have and my exec chef ask me to help out as well ;) monday i have to take over the seafood section. have to prepare the seafood la. cook when customer order. and plate all the food. tuesday is cooking class. then wednesday normal day will be. thursday im helping my exec chef and my exec sous chef's cooking show in "wan zai" in the evening. so i'll be a little commies there :D its a function called restaurant and bar. will blog bout tat soon. err.. friday and saturday should be normal as well then tat will be my last week of working in les celebrites

then the following 2 weeks. sagano~ japanese kitchen. i dun expect myself to learn much there in this less the 2 weeks of working day. but i'll see and learn some tats for sure and i'll see how things goes and how different from it compare to les celebries. in tat 2 weeks. one of the days im going back to les celebries to cook for ejinn due to her coming visit. which is a thursday then the friday and saturday i'll be taking off go travel around HK wif her. sunday will be working coz i have taken a extra day off for yao shun hor early august. so i have to work and replace it. haha.. then the last week will work 6 days and sunday my collegues and frens are making me a farewell BBQ party on the sunday.

then another 2 days i'll be free. like totally free and wednesday. im taking off back to KL already!! :D

hehe.. blogging bout the coming 3 weeks sounds fun but my lazyness juz hope to finish every single working days coming ahead. lol. wat to do. im juz too lazy. XD

im counting down now in the remaining days of training in my heart EVERY SINGLE FREAKING DAY lol :D i believe all other of my classmates are doing tat too coz training is juz to tiring and so much work to do as it compare to our lovely college life! rite? :P

if im not mistaken. 22 days left after cutting today's digit in it. 22 working days remaining. then 14 days till potato come visit me and i'll make special menu for her as i invite her and her mommy over to my hotel to dine in. then taking 2 days off to go hol around wif her. shopping.. ocrean park.. the peak! here i come!! keke.. i never really enjoy traveling in HK before although i come back like every year?

thursday , friday and saturday. then 3 more weeks to go where the DH students will have only one last week to go. pretty unfair isnt it ? =/ but if i wanna stop working today oso can one la. depends on myself only :P but i choose not to. im taking this training as my part time job. as i'll earn an amount of money to spend on wat i want to buy. here's wat im gonna buy

yao shun ho! for my banana readers. the 3 chinese words on the topic bar means sea boat trip :) its so fun going out to the sea wif the gang. im the youngest there if u dun count the 8 years old kid of one of the adult. others are like 20+ 30+ and i dont even know them until tat day itself. in the end of the day i get to know all of them edi. they're juz so nice and nice to be with. :)

i've came HK for almost 2 months edi. and i realised tat the ppl's lifestyle , ways/frequents of drinking.. how open and social skill of ppl here are very much different from kl's. actually i kinda like the ppl here then kl. maybe its their lifestyle and all. i find it more comfortable :) but im not saying tat kl ppl is bad or wat. its juz different and my prefer :)

oh yea , mom will be visiting me soon and also my potato salmon head spoon gal magnet will be visiting me too ^^! cool man, got frens come visit me! keke.. i'll take off and teman u for the couple of days ure here kay ;)

im getting lazy of working edi. but then when i think of skipping work. i will lost $100 per day lol. which is a lot. so in the end after i think twice..i always go back to work! lol. wat to do. got good paid :)

its the final 5th week of training. and im looking forward to the end of it everyday so tat i can go back to kl and enjoy my life there which im missing a lot. but i'll miss here and all my frens here especially.

been busy working everyday and didnt have thee time and mood to blog about last week's. remember charles's farewell post? the day after next after i woke up. i felt damn sober as usual. head like gonna break. it even last until monday when im working i can still feel the alcohol in my body. the day after i got drunk. was my break. thx god.. went out wif polly to mong kok for the movie the murderer and dinner. the mall is called langham plaze if im not mistaken. inside was pretty nice. 13 floors it has. damn high right imagine.

ugh.. i ended got drunk quite badly.. tats the worst thing i can say. other then tat we all had fun :)

a huge party we had tat night. 20 over of us. im the youngest surprisingly. but then we all mixed around. the feeling of joining frens who are much elder then me are kinda nice. different feeling. today is charles's last day of working in nikko. he's a captain of the french restaurant. after he's gone we'll miss him la..les celebrites will be much quite without him..will catch some photo wif him later :) the main reason i got drunk should be the big amount of drinking of beer and black label. u know la. when u mixed alcohol together means die.. and the way hongkong ppl drink is very different. they play game , chai mui.. play dice..and more.. where we malaysian juz enjoy drinking only..

donno why blogger doesnt allow me to upload pictures!? nvm. screw the pics. this 2 days ive been up and down. as in my mood. my emotion. few days ago i got emo over some personal thing. then.. on tat day after work. i went to look for facial product in a mall. while looking for it by myself. the salesgirl came forward and assit me. the way to explain and test the products on my hand. as in she rub it on my hand. the feeling is very weird. then in the end i quite like the set of facial product so i decided to buy it. then the other sales gals came forward and talk to social wif me. say the sales gal like me la. wat do i think bout her la. ask me damn a lot of question. in the end they even took down my facebook and hp number. scary lol. was quite shy at tat time. or should say shock. but in my heart im actually quite happy when i think back.then yesterday. they ajak me for lunch and tongsui at night. tongsui is dessert for ur infomation.then at night they called me for a chat after tongsui. its a 4 way conversation chatting. cool man yet its confusing coz u are listening to multi ppl talking. but its kinda fun la lol. they even ask me again tat i got feel towards to salesgal who fall in love wif me. i answered.. no.. no feel :) its not tat she is not pretty. she's not tat bad. but juz tat. when u talk bout feel. it wont come straight away. i miss the feeling of love and being loved.. seriously..tats it.. not gonna explain further details on yesterday anymore :)

was kinda happy actually even in the beginning of today. until juz now. when im taking train back wif ah man. one of my collegues la.. he told me a lot of stuff. coz today's my first day in french kitchen. and he suggestted me some suggestion on wat should i do and stuff. then today. my kitchen's cook A accidentely over cooked the lamb chop. then he called me to eat it lor better then wasting it. so i was like okay.. but i was busy doing some work there. so after i finished my part of work. i went to take the lamb and eat lor. who knows its actually another lamb. he got shocked and according to ah man. he was actually pissed off one lorh.. but he did not show it out. he took the over cooked lamb to another place and put the lamb tat gonna serve on the same spot. and i didnt realised it. its all misunderstanding. im sure u all are wondering why he got pissed but did not show it out to me. normally. the chefs wont be good to the trainees. out of 10 chef i believe 10 of them also like tat one. but to my loyal readers who keep urself update bout me through my blog. remember i posted up a post about my interview? i went interview wif my dad and not to the HR department but straight away in the GM office wif the GM of hotel nikko? and i wasnt even worried tat i wont get employed coz i knew i am gonna be success coz of my dad and the GM's relationship. and ah man told me in the train juz now tat the GM actually talked to my hotel's executive chef bout me. say tat im his bla bla bla's son la. must take good care of me la. watever i want. try their best to fullfill my needs la. then the executive chef told all the chefs in the kitchen in the meeting when im not there i guess. tats why i always got this very weird feeling tat im being treated in a different way. like ppl are very kind to me. this is the reason why i said i quite like the enviroment coz the ppl are friendly are stuff. no wonder the chefs there always cook food for me to eat. purposely cooked extra juz to let me try and eat. lobster.. fish..beef. everything!!

the story behind this has finally revealed. the ppl treated me so good and look after me so much is actually because of the GM's word. i feel quite bad for the lamp chop's case of today. ah chung doesnt even dare to be angry at me even he is. i feel very bad for this lor. :( :( isnt i should be happy? but for some reason i donno why i felt so headache wif wat i did today. wat happened to me?!

but he's ok wif me edi la now. after we cleaned up the kitchen. we went to the locker and change and crap and laugh. after tat we walked to the bus and train station on the same way. smoked and talked. we're fine now. but no matter wat..i still feel bad..right here...right now.. :(

this is the post tat i said tat i will post today. as u can see. its a french wine dinner. accoding to the lecture by my chef. its not easy to make a set menu. it have to suit each course and another. light and heavy matching. wine. and more and more. which is quite confusing but i still understand. some pics of yesterday's. this is the menu of the day.

main course of the day. prime beef tenderloin medium cook. damn soft damn delicious man.

this is the next course. some seafood we called it "seng zi" in cantonise wif rocky and sauce.

next is cucumber sorbet. im loving it. its the nicest sorbet i've ever taste, weird i know but it taste fucking good.

main course is up next. prime beef tenderloin medium cooked. damn nice it goes wif the truffel mushroom sauce.

lastly is the dessert. it comes wif the chocolate thingy in the picture in the bottom on it. i took the pic in advance tats why :)

some ppl even got drunk wif wines. lol.. lmao :P

left hotel at 9 today. went to the mall opposite my hotel right after. wanted to go for a walk. went to gucci. the got new wallet. its PVC and shinny. not leather. cost 2k. quite like it but im still here for 3 months plus. can still wait and see got any new arrival :)

meanwhile. i went down to the bottom for a walk in the cosmetic section. gay i know.. but its weather plus working in the kitchen makes my face damn oily and its not as smooth as i was in msia edi. so i went to shu eumura ( correcrt spelling?) SK-ll. Biotherm and shisedo for a look at their product. one set of 3 cost bout slightly more then 1k. but hotel nikko workers can have 15% off :) so its about 1k$ for 3. considering. getting more tiny little pimple which can hardly see my eye but still. i dun like it. face is the first expression tat u will give to other ppl. anyone can recommand me any brand? currently using nano white but it doesnt seems tat working too well.

tired tired.. its 12am now. its alreaedy the next day. today the hotel have some function called wine tasting dinner. quite reasonable. HKD 800+ only. 6 course meal wif a cocktail and wif unfinishable wines. my shift was 10 to 7 but i decided to stay longer to watch the food production. i'll do the pic next time. so tired larh. i tried all the food edi. which is all very nice. very yummy. fucking awesome :) haha.. i miss this word wif my college gang. its our word!! haha :D its friday edi. after today's and 2mr's work then im done wif cold kitchen. and 10 weeks to go. still sound quite long to go =/ .

yesterday's shirt is at 12pm-9pm. i told my cold kitchen sous chef to give me night shift coz i wanna see show :) wat show? u'll know later. the pic below is my lunch. cha xiu + siu ngo fan. + lemon coke. quite cosy la. 50$ for it. its already a set lunch okay -.- the show i was mentioning was THIS!

i had my dinner at french kitchen today. why? coz i am very interested in tat kitchen which i'll be going there next week. and also i like to crap wif the kitchen side and the restaurant side of the french restaurant. they're damn funny and nice to be with. my executive chef damn look after me one. thought me damn a lot of thing. teach me about this product la. tat product la. this sauce la. why la. and also.. make the chef cook dinner for me lol. damn nice la him. maybe bcoz its the relationship of my dad wif the GM ? who knows.. oh well. doesnt matter la. its good to me anyway.. :)

tasted a bit of this. rib eye steak from new zealand. taste awesome. especially the sauce. its the killing point.

chef edmund shea , my exec chef make the french kitchen chef to cook me this for dinner. damn nice. the sauce is butter + vodka and etc. salmon steak. on tat got breadcrum wif some fresh herbs. made it crispy. on top got fressh herbs too. wif salmon roes. i ate everything saparetly. then the chef thought me how to eat. haha. funny. eat me how to eat. sounds wrong. lol. :) had lobster bisque before tat. well. wat can i say? i learned a lot and had a awesome dinner.

work ends at 7 and i ended leaving hotel at 9:30pm. lol. hardworking trainee i am :) took a cigagette after i left the staff entrance as usual. only 1 cigarette per day. not bad huh. some time non. sometime 2. depends. which is very less edi compare to last time.

my face getting some tiny dots dots. its not acne or pimple. maybe its the weather dry. i shall go get some stuff for it :)

i wonder where did ejinn went during today's 2 and a 1/2 hours break. hehe :)

so damn tired. worked from 12pm to 9 something. juz reach home not long ago and its already 11pm. 2mr's shift @ 10am. swt. got something to blog one but i afraid tat i'll have not enough time to rest after posting the pics and putting in the words up. i'll do it 2mr la.work is hard. i believe we all TCPJ students agrees wif tat rite.but we can do it one :) cant wait to see u all in less then 3 months time :) miss u all lol!

a stressless day of coz there will be no work. which means. off day! weeee~~ :D
decided to go shopping and look for the gucci wallet i want. found 3 wallets which i kinda like. 3 of them oso almost the same price between 2.3k~2.5k. and i oso like one of the shoes from gucci. 2k+ also. money money.. where to find so much money. somemore i wanna repaint my whole car, add bodykit , sound system. tsk..

the malls in hongkong are huge. they all have their own building. i mean most of them. the boutique here are mostly 2 floors. juz to say lv. its like 10-20 times bigger then the one back in kl. went to shop around in all the shops tat i like. brought a shirt from AX. this's the one :) this is m size.
i still prefer the L size though. loser. not to say loser actually. juz tat M is a lil tight. make me look very skinny.

everytime i buy stuff from AX. the paper bag always is grey colour one. but this is white! 1st time. quite nice larh.

then i went mong kok. walked pass CD shop. brought this. according to the sales gal. she say this is very popular now.

then got a bit hungry. went to cake shop. saw this! damn cute lol. so i brought it. hehe.. gonna eat it 2mr :P

a relaxing day. 2mr? back to work!

i always hang around the french restaurant and kitchen when im free. i find the ppl there are fun. cant wait to go there and i wanna apply longer in french kitchen. maybe 1 week in main kitchen , 1 week in cafe serena which is the coffee house. 2 week in sagano which is the japanese restaurant and 2 weeks in cold kit. others all in french site.

the les celebrities kitchen and restaurant collegues gave some comment bout me lol. some say i look a bit like wu chun. ( hell no -.- ) some say i look a bit like those nua yang shao nian. ( donno how they look like) and some say i good looking. ( obviously :P ) hahaha..

juz being perasan a bit :P but if ppl gave such compliment to u. you'll feel happy la rite.im off today. wanna go time square and so other mall to buy some clothes and check on the gucci's and iphone :D and les celebrities do asked me to go for swimming. but i didnt bring my swimming trunk. so no point buying juz to go swim once la rite.

was damn tired when i was woke by my alarm. so i fell back to sleep and in the end i got up 15 minutes late. but no worries la. still got way more enough time to get my ass to hotel nikko one. juz tat i need to rush a bit and eat breakfast wif superb speed lor. went "mei sam" to have breakfast. HK ppl really lives in a rush. u can tell from MRT , bus , the way the walk and more. i wont be like them. i hope. im a very relaxing person. take my own sweet time if possible. so i went to makan lor. more or less its the same thing as i eat everyday la. hk ppl's so called healthy breakfast. wif a small tv showing news. lol.

i finished it very fast and off to work lor. i quite like the enviroment there i have to repeat again. sry to those who always give a warm care for me in msn. i have to repeat it again :P but one thing. i tell u. if u think khy li swears very powerful in kl.. then u should really come and see how hk ppl swear. wtf man its like.... listening to swear words more then wat he said.i translate it in english k later if u dun understand. its like " niama ka hai ar.. di fan ngang lan dou hai gam. pok lei ka chao kai ham + ling.zhu guo hui la lok cat.

the main point of it is juz the rice is hard. recook it. see? @@" i heard edi i oso bo lat. no energy to say them edi. and even the execultive chef swear like tat in the meeting. speechless lol. this is the real world of kitchen :P wahaha.. i'll try to make a record of video of the kitchen kay :P try la..

also. i'll be in the cold kitchen section in this two week which means this and next week. after tat i'll be off to french kitchen. then when i was chatting wif the french chef today. craping and craping..then all of a sudden he asked. next next saturday u free anot. got one last place in their farewell thingy for the french restaurant captain as he will be resigning. then i was like. of coz i'll be free. no plan here no fren here. no nothing here. then he ajak me to go night club so called " ye zhong wui" wif the big gang on tat day. it will be my first time going to ye zhong wui in my entire life weih! heard they say go there got xiu jei de wor.. means got chics come to u and all. err.. i'll juz stick to my collague la. or maybe wif the other trainee. ;)

got my ass up at 7am. shower and i left to hong hom to work ;) i actually know tat i will be there much much earlier. so i went to eat breakfast there in a restaurant nearby my hotel. there's so many restaurants there la. all oso look so tasty. but i'll try them 1 by 1 dun worry. i'll be in tat area for 3 months okay ! :P ate this for yesterday's breakfast.

work was tiring. i left at 6:30pm where i suppose to leave at 6pm. wat to do. got banquet. so busy. i like the enviroment and the ppl in the hotel compare to JW marriott. especially we communicate in chinese but not.. malay. sorry my malay frens :P hehe.. i didnt meant it. but the amount of work and working hours is much more too compare to kl's. but think of the salary i'll get. hmm.. worth it worth it :P hahaha..

i think i'll prefer Gucci other then LV la. Lv is like so aunty although the brand is more high compare to Gucci.

the day before training. woke up. washed up nicely and here im on my way to shopping once again :) i need to get my safety shoe and haircut tat day actually. while i was crossing the bridge to the other mall to get magazine. i say this. it was raining and some car got into an accident in a straight road wtf? lousy driver they are. definetly.. so u wont only see this scene in the movie but in real life ;)
took the train to jordan station. went to the mall and i saw this. HONEY BEE CANDY SHOP! damn a lot of candies. muimui ! u can get ur gummy gummy bears here :)

cant find my safety shoe in tat mall. so i continue searching for it in mongkok. i got there all of a sudden. i dont even know where i went lol. and i saw zariq's car in hk :P its consider a lousy car in HK. u will know why later..

walked pass the chicken place. the guy actually offered me lol. but of coz i walked away la *wink wink* :P prostitution is legal in HK okay btw..

started work today. 1st day. hotel nikko. here i come :)

basically the uniform is almost the same as JW marriott KL. i should say 80-90% is the same. the hat is so tall and so heavy. so uncomfortable. left work at 4pm where is should be at 6 for body checkup. i answered a question wrongly lol. the doctor asked. how much do u smoke or how often. i said 1 pack per week. but when i left the clinic. i juz remember tat i do sissha. woah. if sissha oso counted in smoke. how many tons of smoke i produce each day ar ? hmm..

i went to the sea side which is behind my hotel after i left the clinic. so i dont only see this view in the movie. but in reality. hehe. very windly. cooling and pretty nice view..

at night should have better look. wif all the lighting and all.

on the way back to my hotel. wanted to go to the street next to my hotel for snake. saw this car parked at jockey in my hotel.

hehe.. cooked dinner for my family last saturday. was a damn busy day k. tats why i reply ur msg so late dear. sorry i said. woke up at 1am+ . went straight to cold storage to get ingredients. then came back. went to car workshop wif khy and his daddy. then i have not much time to do my preparation. so i brought khy li over to help me wif his hand. this is us ;)

well.. the returning of sister. its the first time she came back from new york since last year's august. miss her ;) thx for the shirts and coach mini wallet. like it :) kar jie and mommy hugging in the airport. :)
then after tat we went pub to join uncle godfrey and all before going dinner. drank vodka i still remember. drink until high high only go dinner. diu..

i drank 9 bottle in about 2 and a half hour. its a new record. wanted to go get the 10th bottle but then its already 9. tsk. wat a bad number. 9! :( but surprising im not red larh. tonight poppy. no more beer but chivas or vodka! :) i want to drink to hold me from thinking my problems.

pasar malam@sunday. taman megah's of coz. we khyli drove this time. came my house wif her sister. waited for me to shower then we're off to pick the other 2 in sunway. then went pasar malam.
