12 and a half hours of working

tired tired.. its 12am now. its alreaedy the next day. today the hotel have some function called wine tasting dinner. quite reasonable. HKD 800+ only. 6 course meal wif a cocktail and wif unfinishable wines. my shift was 10 to 7 but i decided to stay longer to watch the food production. i'll do the pic next time. so tired larh. i tried all the food edi. which is all very nice. very yummy. fucking awesome :) haha.. i miss this word wif my college gang. its our word!! haha :D its friday edi. after today's and 2mr's work then im done wif cold kitchen. and 10 weeks to go. still sound quite long to go =/ .

yesterday's shirt is at 12pm-9pm. i told my cold kitchen sous chef to give me night shift coz i wanna see show :) wat show? u'll know later. the pic below is my lunch. cha xiu + siu ngo fan. + lemon coke. quite cosy la. 50$ for it. its already a set lunch okay -.- the show i was mentioning was THIS!

i had my dinner at french kitchen today. why? coz i am very interested in tat kitchen which i'll be going there next week. and also i like to crap wif the kitchen side and the restaurant side of the french restaurant. they're damn funny and nice to be with. my executive chef damn look after me one. thought me damn a lot of thing. teach me about this product la. tat product la. this sauce la. why la. and also.. make the chef cook dinner for me lol. damn nice la him. maybe bcoz its the relationship of my dad wif the GM ? who knows.. oh well. doesnt matter la. its good to me anyway.. :)

tasted a bit of this. rib eye steak from new zealand. taste awesome. especially the sauce. its the killing point.

chef edmund shea , my exec chef make the french kitchen chef to cook me this for dinner. damn nice. the sauce is butter + vodka and etc. salmon steak. on tat got breadcrum wif some fresh herbs. made it crispy. on top got fressh herbs too. wif salmon roes. i ate everything saparetly. then the chef thought me how to eat. haha. funny. eat me how to eat. sounds wrong. lol. :) had lobster bisque before tat. well. wat can i say? i learned a lot and had a awesome dinner.

work ends at 7 and i ended leaving hotel at 9:30pm. lol. hardworking trainee i am :) took a cigagette after i left the staff entrance as usual. only 1 cigarette per day. not bad huh. some time non. sometime 2. depends. which is very less edi compare to last time.

my face getting some tiny dots dots. its not acne or pimple. maybe its the weather dry. i shall go get some stuff for it :)

i wonder where did ejinn went during today's 2 and a 1/2 hours break. hehe :)

TIRED DAY!!

so damn tired. worked from 12pm to 9 something. juz reach home not long ago and its already 11pm. 2mr's shift @ 10am. swt. got something to blog one but i afraid tat i'll have not enough time to rest after posting the pics and putting in the words up. i'll do it 2mr la.work is hard. i believe we all TCPJ students agrees wif tat rite.but we can do it one :) cant wait to see u all in less then 3 months time :) miss u all lol!

a stress-less day

a stressless day of coz there will be no work. which means. off day! weeee~~ :D
decided to go shopping and look for the gucci wallet i want. found 3 wallets which i kinda like. 3 of them oso almost the same price between 2.3k~2.5k. and i oso like one of the shoes from gucci. 2k+ also. money money.. where to find so much money. somemore i wanna repaint my whole car, add bodykit , sound system. tsk..

the malls in hongkong are huge. they all have their own building. i mean most of them. the boutique here are mostly 2 floors. juz to say lv. its like 10-20 times bigger then the one back in kl. went to shop around in all the shops tat i like. brought a shirt from AX. this's the one :) this is m size.
i still prefer the L size though. loser. not to say loser actually. juz tat M is a lil tight. make me look very skinny.

everytime i buy stuff from AX. the paper bag always is grey colour one. but this is white! 1st time. quite nice larh.

then i went mong kok. walked pass CD shop. brought this. according to the sales gal. she say this is very popular now.

then got a bit hungry. went to cake shop. saw this! damn cute lol. so i brought it. hehe.. gonna eat it 2mr :P

a relaxing day. 2mr? back to work!

i shall go get something for my face. maybe my skin haven get used to HK's weather. always very oily and its like not as good edi compare to i was in msia. tsk!

after i setted up the lunch buffet counter and preparing all the salad and cold cut and everything wif the other chefs. went for lunch and came back. i saw this :D charcoal grill veal loin. seing them burn charcoal really reminds me of something tat i really missed.. :'(

i always hang around the french restaurant and kitchen when im free. i find the ppl there are fun. cant wait to go there and i wanna apply longer in french kitchen. maybe 1 week in main kitchen , 1 week in cafe serena which is the coffee house. 2 week in sagano which is the japanese restaurant and 2 weeks in cold kit. others all in french site.

the les celebrities kitchen and restaurant collegues gave some comment bout me lol. some say i look a bit like wu chun. ( hell no -.- ) some say i look a bit like those nua yang shao nian. ( donno how they look like) and some say i good looking. ( obviously :P ) hahaha..

juz being perasan a bit :P but if ppl gave such compliment to u. you'll feel happy la rite.im off today. wanna go time square and so other mall to buy some clothes and check on the gucci's and iphone :D and les celebrities do asked me to go for swimming. but i didnt bring my swimming trunk. so no point buying juz to go swim once la rite.
